This series of projects centered around creating custom animated video templates built in Adobe After Effects for enterprise clients. Each master animation was designed to automatically generate thousands of personalized customer videos, dynamically inserting individual data such as names, account details, and financial information. These scalable video systems powered personalized marketing campaigns for major national brands, combining creative storytelling with data-driven automation to deliver a highly customized viewer experience at scale.

This work highlights not only creative execution, but also deep technical knowledge in scalable media systems and personalized content delivery—key components in modern digital communication strategies.

Symantec / Norton

For this project, I created a customized account video template designed to help Norton users better understand their Symantec antivirus protection and subscription details. The production combined stock footage, motion graphics, and dynamic text animation to deliver a personalized viewing experience that reflected each customer’s account information. The goal was to increase engagement, encourage renewal activity, and highlight key product features through a clean, branded visual presentation built in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Blue Cross Blue Shield

For Blue Cross, I developed a series of personalized customer videos designed to communicate plan updates, account details, and benefit information to members. Each year, new versions were created in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, incorporating the latest brand guidelines and visual style updates. These large-scale campaigns reached hundreds of thousands of members annually, helping improve engagement and awareness through dynamic, data-driven animation and clean, on-brand design.

American Express

This personalized customer video project for American Express featured a distinctive hand-drawn, line-art animation style that blended seamlessly with the brand’s polished visual identity. Built in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, the piece combined motion graphics, animated typography, and dynamic video elements to communicate individualized account updates in a fresh and engaging way. The result was a visually rich experience that reinforced brand trust and encouraged stronger customer interaction through creativity and personalization.
